Synagogue Facility Rental Party/Event

This form is for a birthday, engagement or similar event @ Chabad. If you will be hosting a Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Wedding or other large event with a DJ or band etc., please use this form.

This form is for payment only. A signed facility rental agreement form needs to be filled out as well and either attached to the form below or emailed to [email protected]

Facility Rental Fee: $1800

Event fee is for Facility Use only. Rentee contracts with the caterer directly. Caterer must submit this form to Chabad.

In addition to rental of the space, facility will provide set up and clean up and comes with the following furniture available for your use.

Chabad Furniture that is available for use: 10 – 60" round tables, 3 – 9’ rectangle wood tables, 5 – 8’ rectangle folding tables. 60 wooden party chairs, 40 fabric synagogue chairs.

Please note: Any event that will require more than 50 parked cars will need to include extra parking arrangements. Please see rental agreement for full details.
